CDC Health IQ is a free mobile app developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that helps you learn more about the health and safety of the foods you eat, the water you drink, and how much you should drink. The app includes a quiz to test your knowledge of food, water, and hand hygiene, along with tips to protect yourself from getting sick.
You can play the quiz in three different modes: Easy, Medium, and Hard. The first two are pretty self-explanatory, but the third one, the Hard mode, is a bit more challenging. If you feel like you are getting stuck, you can use the hints. It will show you a question that will help you answer the one you are stuck on.
You can also earn more points by answering more questions correctly, and the more correct answers you give, the higher your score will go.
